Christiaan Wevers - Developer

To complement the development team of StudyPortals Christiaan was hired in September 2010. Just a few months earlier he graduated with a Master´s degree in Information Management at Tilburg University.

Next to his study he has been working on his own internet projects under the name of iGeneration. One of the biggest projects he created is an international online gaming league with more than 20.000 registered members.

Why StudyPortals?

The main reason why I chose for StudyPortals is the ambitious and entrepreneurial atmosphere. Every team member can contribute to the overall strategy and performance of the company. On top of that I like the fact that product quality is of the highest importance within StudyPortals.

Key challenge

Creating web applications which are full of functionality and supporting Web 2.0 requirements, without conceding to either usability or performance.

Favorite activity

Thinking up new-to-the-world ideas and developing them as you go. Take part in every single step of the process, from the drawing board to actual development, implementation and marketing of a product.
